What Neckles IO Is

Neckles IO (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) is an engineering consultancy. We design, build, and hand over business systems: CRM migrations, workflow automation, client portals, and e-commerce data migrations. We sell engineering work, not outcomes. With the right systems, businesses are better prepared to grow, but how any specific business performs depends on its team, its market, and a hundred things outside a system's control, and we do not guarantee financial results. Strategic materials and custom code we provide are protected by copyright; unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.

How to Read Our Case Studies and Figures

We publish specific figures on this website: record counts, workflow counts, and operational outcomes. Each figure describes one specific project at a specific point in time, is drawn from that project's records, and is date-stamped where counts can drift. These figures are descriptions of past work, not predictions or promises. Another business running a similar project will get its own result, shaped by its own data, team, and circumstances. Past technical performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Case studies on this website fall into three categories, and we label them on the page. Firm engagements are projects delivered by Neckles IO for clients; named clients are identified with their permission. Our own business means exactly that: Sprout IQ, the publishing business featured in our flagship case study, is owned and operated by the Company's principal. It is presented as the production proof of our platform (the system we ran on ourselves first), not as an arm's-length client engagement. Career record items describe work performed by the principal during his career before founding Neckles IO; they are presented anonymously and reflect his individual professional experience rather than engagements delivered by the Company.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Neckles IO uses AI systems in delivering its services and operating its business, including AI agents that perform engineering and data-processing work under human direction and review. All AI-performed work passes through validation and review gates before it is accepted, and AI systems operating on our infrastructure are isolated per client and do not have access to credentials or to other clients’ systems. Written content on this website may be drafted with AI assistance; all published claims are reviewed and verified by the Company before publication.

Third-Party Software and Vendors

We build on open platforms (such as Twenty CRM, n8n, Supabase, and Shopify) and may recommend third-party software or vendors. Unless explicitly stated, these entities are independently owned and operated and are not affiliated with the Company. We choose tools on engineering merit, but your relationship with any third-party vendor is governed by that vendor's terms, and we are not responsible for their products, services, or failures. Third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective holders; referencing them does not imply endorsement or partnership unless specifically stated.

Where a business referenced on this website shares ownership or a material interest with the Company or its principal, we disclose it. Testimonials, where published, reflect the individual experience of a specific client; individual results vary with the client's internal resources, implementation effort, and market conditions. Feedback we collect is given voluntarily and without financial incentive for positive reviews, and we do not publish personally identifiable information without consent.
